Kit Hill Country Park

With its 400 acres for public enjoyment, Kit Hill Country Park was given to the people of Cornwall in 1985 to mark the birth of Prince William and is an ideal place for a wide range of activities including bird watching, kite flying and picnics. Rising to over a 1000 feet it offers amazing views,

Mount Edgcumbe Country Park

Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park was purchased from the 7th Earl in 1971 by Cornwall Council and Plymouth City Council. It is managed by the Mount Edgcumbe joint committee in equal partnership. The park covers 885 acres and has views across Plymouyh Sound.

Seaton Valley Country Park

Seaton Valley Countryside Park has been owned and managed by Caradon since 1995. It covers 130 acres which run down to the beach, including a sensory garden, ponds, cycleways and footpaths, with disabled access on the main footpath and to the garden.

Tehidy Country Park

Tehidy is the largest area of woodland in West Cornwall. The woods were bought by Cornwall County Council in 1983 and are now managed as a Country Park, Tehidy has over nine miles of paths and 250 acres of peaceful woods and lakes to explore.
