Well hidden garden
We are a colourful three and a half acre cottage style garden with lots of flowers in a sunny secluded valley. There are many beds and borders with herbaceous perennials, shrubs and grasses. With lots of colour throughout the season. Also we have a potager for vegetables and herbs. Rows of soft fruit for pick your own and collections of Crocosmia, Dahlia and Agapanthus. In one area we have a large wild life pond and bog planting and in a shady part there is a Fernery. Stroll through the Japanese area and Iris beds & see the Iris Fairy Well. Relax away from the crowds in our garden, make your own refreshments in our tea hut and sample our home-made cakes. Sit in the Gazebo and admire the view. Listen to the birds and bees. Purchase some plants propagated here from the garden, enjoy seeing the many different flowers, and entertain your children with our Garden quiz (for all ages).
