Specialist gallery dealing in fantasy and symbolist painting. Established in 1989 by Linda and Roger Garland primarily to exhibit their own work, but also to promote book illustration as a serious art form and to make this accessible to a wider audience. The gallery forms part of their home which is a converted barn set in glorious rural surroundings with with an ornamental lake to the left of the drive entrance. Permanent exhibition of Tolkien illustrations from The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit. Work on view includes commissioned book jacket art for publishers, illustrations from complete books and advertising. Sales of prints, etchings and paintings.
