History of a town

This charming new museum covers the history of this ancient charter town. Situated under the town hall, the lives of the inhabitants of Marazion, both at work and at home, can be traced through the centuries. A special section of the museum is devoted to Johnny Jewel the town's former wheelwright. This building was once a local gaol. A cell from this period has been re-constructed and can be viewed.
